By enrolling in any course or program offered through this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before making any payment or completing registration.

2. Services Offered

Farees Rahman offers the following educational and coaching services for UPSC Civil Services Examination aspirants:

• Essay Edge — A structured essay writing program available as a Mains 2026 Batch and a Yearlong 2027 Batch, in both online and offline modes.
• Sirius Mentorship Program — Personalised one-on-one UPSC mentorship.
• Sirius Study Lounge — A physical study space located in Bengaluru.
• Special sessions for IFS (Indian Forest Service) English paper preparation.
• Interview Guidance Programme for enrolled students (commencing September 2026).

3. Enrollment and Registration

Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. By registering, you confirm that:

• You are the person enrolling and all information you provide is accurate and complete.
• You are at least 18 years of age, or are enrolling with the consent of a parent or guardian.
• You agree to abide by the code of conduct expected of all students in the program.

4. Fees, Payment, and GST

All course fees quoted on this Website are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the prevailing rate (currently 18%) unless otherwise stated. A GST-compliant tax invoice will be issued upon payment.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the highly personalised nature of our programs, the following policy applies:

• No refunds will be issued once a student has attended one or more sessions, received an evaluation, or accessed any course material.
• Cancellations requested in writing before attending any session may be considered for a partial refund at the sole discretion of Farees Rahman, subject to a processing deduction.
• If Farees Rahman cancels a session, a rescheduled or equivalent makeup session will be provided. No monetary refund will be issued for individual session cancellations.
• Early bird and discounted prices are non-refundable under any circumstance.

6. Course Schedule and Delivery

All published timetables are tentative and subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, public holidays, or adjustments required for the overall benefit of students. Reasonable advance notice will be provided for any schedule changes.

• Online and offline batches are conducted separately to ensure maximum engagement.
• Recorded session access (where provided) is for personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing or redistributing recordings is strictly prohibited.
• Access to sessions, materials, and recordings is non-transferable.

7. Intellectual Property

All course content — including class recordings, PDF materials, value-added notes, brainstorming frameworks, essay structures, and feedback — is the sole intellectual property of Farees Rahman / Khaleelrahaman Syedfarees. Students may not reproduce, distribute, upload, sell, or share this material in any form without prior written permission. Violation may result in immediate removal from the program without refund and/or legal action under applicable Indian law.

8. Student Conduct

All students are expected to maintain respectful and constructive conduct in online sessions, WhatsApp/Telegram groups, and offline classes. Farees Rahman reserves the right to remove any student from the program without refund if they:

• Engage in disruptive, abusive, or disrespectful behaviour toward the mentor or other students.
• Share course materials, recordings, or evaluation feedback without authorisation.
• Misuse any proprietary content or act in bad faith.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Farees Rahman provides mentorship and coaching in good faith, drawing on extensive experience. However:

• No guarantee of a specific rank, score, or selection in the UPSC Civil Services Examination is made or implied.
• Results depend entirely on the student's individual effort, consistency, and overall preparation.
• Farees Rahman shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or reliance on the services.

The maximum liability under any circumstance shall not exceed the fees paid by the student for the specific program in question.
